Design & Engineering
The design and engineering team at Qingdao Clever Steel Tower performs structural calculations and tower design based on project requirements and international standards. With experienced engineers and advanced design software, we develop optimized tower structures to ensure safety, reliability, and efficient material utilization.
After the design is approved by the client, our engineers prepare detailed workshop drawings and 3D structural models. The final technical documents are then transferred to the manufacturing department to begin production and fabrication.

Manufacturing & Production
Manufacturing and production begin after the engineering department provides the approved workshop drawings and the raw materials are verified by the quality control department. Our skilled technicians then carry out precise fabrication processes including cutting, punching, bending, and welding in accordance with the technical specifications.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Hot-dip galvanizing is applied to protect steel tower components from corrosion and ensure long-term durability in various environmental conditions. During the galvanizing process, steel components are immersed in molten zinc, allowing the zinc to metallurgically bond with the steel surface. This reaction forms several layers of zinc-iron alloy that provide strong adhesion and effective corrosion resistance.
After immersion in the zinc bath, the galvanized components are carefully inspected to ensure coating quality and surface integrity. Any minor coating imperfections are corrected according to the applicable standards. If the coating does not meet the required specifications, the galvanizing process will be repeated.
All approved components undergo technical inspection in accordance with relevant international standards such as ASTM A123. A complete inspection record is prepared, including visual inspection, coating thickness measurement, and adhesion testing results. After passing all inspections, the galvanized components are released to the warehouse for packaging and shipment.

Packaging & Shipping
The packaging and shipping department is responsible for counting, sorting, and packing all tower components in accordance with the packing list provided by the design and engineering department. Each component is carefully organized and bundled to ensure accurate delivery and efficient installation at the project site.
Before shipment, all packages are inspected to ensure compliance with packaging and safety requirements. Identification plates and packing lists are attached to each bundle to facilitate tracking, transportation, and on-site installation.
After final verification, the packaged components are loaded using cranes or forklifts and securely arranged for transportation. The products are then delivered to the designated port or project site according to the customer’s logistics requirements.
